McCall Trucking has been transporting lead-acid batteries for UPS applications longer than any other company in the Northeast USA. We move everything – wet cells, dry cells, round cells, canned batteries, mobile carts – you name it, we’ve handled thousands of them.
As the last-mile provider for nearly all UPS batteries going into telecom sites in New England, we’ve collected knowledge and equipment for all kinds of situations. These batteries are often very heavy and need specialized hoists to safely get them on and off the stands. We have three-tiered hoists, platypus lifts for round cells, stair-climbers, custom baskets for cranes, and other equipment that allows us to work quickly and safely.
Our experience has also given us a large network of electrician installers, battery drainers for cracked batteries, and recyclers if you need us to take care of those services as well.
If you’re installing a UPS system in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, or Maine, give us a call to coordinate the last-mile for you. Our warehouse and drivers handle these batteries every day and can make your project safe, simple, and successful.
If you have any further questions about our commercial battery services or would like to request a quote, please contact us by phone or email.
